This is Marc's second session with Resurgence Theatre, having directed last year's What's The Use of Stories That Aren't Even True? for the Summer Youth Theatre Conservatory. Marc is a graduate of the School of Toronto Dance Theatre where he trained with many of this country's finest choreographers. In Toronto Marc has directed: Blood on The Cats Neck (Annex Theatre), William and James and The Anna Russel Story (Rhubarb! Festival), and Assemblywomen! (Hart House). He has worked as a resident director for the Victoria Playhouse over the past eight years, directing several Canadian premieres of new musicals. As an actor,he has appeared in Anne Marie MacDonald and Allen Cole's Anything That Moves in the World Stage Festival 2000, and the much acclaimed When We Were Singing by Dorothy Dittrich (Buddies in Bad Times, Belfry Theatre, National Arts Centre).
